I was born in Ghana and have lived in Hesse since 1989. I completed my academic studies in business administration at the Business School Wiesbaden. During and after I have worked for well-known companies such as Adidas, Fraport, Aldi-Süd and various IT companies in the sales area.
In 2017, I thought about how I could give something back to society through my work and founded the tutoring organisation Way Coaching UG. This organisation supports schools, parents, children, and adults with or without a migration background or with limited opportunities to meet school requirements and their educational expectations.
In 2021, my wife and I moved from Germany to Ghana (specifically to Lake Bosomtwi) to emigrate. We lived among the people at Lake Bosomtwi and learnt a lot about the suffering of the locals living on the lake, and we developed the idea of founding an association to support the locals. My expertise in networking and entrepreneurship helped us to achieve this goal.
In the meantime, we have returned to Germany and have since begun to mobilise our friends and former athletes to create the basis for an association. After a long and patient cooperation of all parties involved, this association is successfully registered as a non-profit organisation Way Coaching e.V. in the register of associations in Darmstadt.
Helping people is one of the things that drives us. We want to help people find a way to help themselves.
We identified education, sport, and humanitarian aid as the most effective ways to help people in need and give them a new perspective for their future lives. We aim to build a bridge between Germany and Ghana. I am delighted to be part of this team. We would be happy to welcome you as a donor or team member.
