I got to know Mr. Yaw Heiser in Berlin through a private contact. I thought his idea of founding a non-profit association to improve the living conditions of the people at Lake Bosomtwi was very worthy of support, as Mr. Heiser and his wife were already very active in the region. The school conditions in the region in particular were and are in need of improvement.

Due to my experience as a former principal in Schleswig-Holstein, I hope to be able to contribute my pedagogical and administrative expertise to the association in order to enable and achieve an improvement in the local school conditions for the benefit of the pupils through the work of the Way Coaching e.V. association.
