Maxi is studying sport and history to become a teacher at the German Sport University Cologne. After seven years as a player at SV Wehen Wiesbaden, he now works as a soccer coach at the first youth soccer school in Cologne.
For him, interacting with people from different backgrounds and cultures is an important part of a fulfilling life. Sport is the perfect bridge for this, as the shared joy that people and especially children experience when playing sport connects people better than words ever could. He experienced this himself during longer stays abroad, for example during his six months in Japan, where he worked as a soccer coach.
