Hadassa is a Brazilian Biomedic, with experience in Medical Scientific Research. Her aim as a Scientist has always been to improve people’s life conditions and health through her research findings. She got to know Ghana and its rich culture through her partner almost a decade ago. Since then, she had the opportunity to be in the country in many different occasions.
She even lived among outskirted communities at Lake Bosomtwi, in Ghana for almost a full year, where she could experience their resilience and joy despite the daily life struggles for basic things. This reminded her of her Brazilian people which made her identify herself with the Ghanaian people, their needs and aroused in her a sense of responsability to do something to change theirs lives for better.
Together with her husband, she drew the first drafts to establish this NGO. Now with a bigger team and supportive minds we aim to gather funds which will be used for development and execution of projects covering different areas of improvement in the lives of villagers and their families around the Lake Bosomtwi.
