Basic equipment in the computer lab

The global technological transformation should not stop at Lake Bosomtwe! Especially in countries with less developed institutions such as the banking sector, the potential of digital solutions is extremely high.

Thanks to our cooperation with the Friedrich-von-Schiller School in Wiesbaden, we were provided with 21 computers for the school in Esaase, which we then delivered to Ghana in a container.

To complete the implementation, our board members Yaw and Nico visited Esaase in the fall of 2024. Thanks to the active support of the local community, who built tables and painted the room, as well as the expertise of our Way Coaching members in Ghana, our IT specialist was able to put the finishing touches to the project and install the necessary software. An electrician took care of the professional cabling and installation of the sockets. We also procured missing equipment such as keyboards, PC mice, mouse pads, WLAN routers and various cables. To ensure the necessary security, a welder fitted bars to the room’s windows and doors.

Now all that is needed to complete the project are some ceiling panels, a fan and lights!

We need your support, especially for the financing of these conversion measures.
